In a YouthPinoy interview with Dianne Camille Teran, High School-based Project Head of YFC Cavite, in order to be a masterpiece, a person has to prepare himself for:
- Jesus’ role in his or her life;
- repentance and readiness to forgive;
- openness to God’s design;
- recognition of the presence of Holy Spirit; and
- personal growth within the mission.
Meanwhile, for Ericka San Buenaventura, Vice President for Special Projects and Head of Music Ministry of YFC-Perpetual Cavite Institute told YouthPinoy that the program ffocuses on the participants’ realization of what they are designed to be.
On the other hand, Francis Ryan Marquez of YFC said “Activities like these also serve as preparation for, us, young people as we make our choices in life.”
According to CFC-Cavite Coordinators Filemon and Imelda Fe Cobilla, “the biggest product of this year’s youth camp is the openness and cooperation of the participants because it signifies their acceptance of God which is the purpose of service to the Church.” (Guilian Geronimo/YouthPinoy/CBCPNews)
