MANILA, March 26, 2016— For this year’s Grand Easter Feast, the Kerygma Worship Team has chosen the theme on “mercy.”
Organizers expect the event at the Mall of Asia Arena (MOA) Arena in Pasay City to attract thousands of people from all walks of life on Eastern Sunday, March 27.
“As we celebrate the Year of Mercy, we realize that one of God’s greatest gifts to us is His forgiveness. Our Easter celebration invites us to understand the depth of God’s mercy and breathe in His love, so that we may, in turn, extend mercy and love to other people,” they said.
The GEF will have two sessions: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon (morning session) and 2:00 p.m.– 6:00 p.m. (afternoon session).
There will also be a Easter Mass with Fr. Joel Jason and Fr. Mario Sobrejuanite, and “life-changing” talks by bestselling author and lay evangelist Bro. Bo Sanchez, Fr. Bob McCognaghy and Monching Bueno.
