MANILA, Sept. 3, 2013— The Apostolic Board of the Couples for Christ – Foundation for Family and Life (CFC-FFL) has elected Lachie Agana as its new Country Servant of the Philippines.
As the country servant, Agana automatically holds the position as chairman of the Servant Council (SC), which runs the day-to-day life and mission of the community.
Other newly elected members of the SC include Manny Canlas, Cocoi Javier, Oca Oblefias, Pat Oconer, Xavy Padilla and Joseph Teroso.
Among the tasks of the SC is ensuring the well-being of the community, including its finances and ensures good relationship with the Catholic hierarchy.
The SC will serve until July 1, 2015. (CBCPNews)
