CBCP Espiscopal Commission on Youth chairman and Legazpi Bishop Joel Baylon sends off 176 pilgrims comprising the country’s official delegation to the upcoming World Youth Day in Brazil. The pilgrims under the ECY-Philippines Delegation represent 26 dioceses, schools, communities and organizations nationwide. The groups of pilgrims converged in Makati City last July 6 and 7 for a preparatory session ahead of their scheduled departure between July 13 to 15.
