MANILA, August 24, 2012—Around 15,000 young people mostly students from various colleges in the Philippines and neighboring Asian countries are expected to attend the pro-life and chastity conference slated next month at World Trade Center in Pasay City.
Organized by CATALYST, the student organization of the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P), the second series of Real Love Revolution is also supported by the Episcopal Commission on Family and Life of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines.
‘Real Love Revolution 2012’ will take place on September 1st from 1 to 5 p.m. and will showcase two powerful speakers from the team of Jason Evert, renowned pro-life and chastity speakers? Leah Darrow and Chris Stefanick.
Leah Darrow, one of the finalists in the 3rd season of the popular American reality show, ‘America’s Next Top Model’ will focus on forgiveness, true love and ability to change one’s life in her presentation.
Meanwhile, Stefanick, who is currently the director of Youth, Young Adult and Campus Ministry in the Archdiocese of Denver, Colorado, is also an accomplished guitarist and songwriter, who combines his musical talent with drama, humor and gripping stories to effectively deliver the truth of the Gospel.
His dynamic presentations and retreats have inspired thousands of teens all over the world to a deeper love for Jesus Christ and his Church.
In last year’s conference where Jason Evert was the speaker, there were 8,000 students gathered at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City, to listen to his powerful talks.
Organizers said, proceeds of the event will go to future outreach projects of CATALYST and the victims of the recent calamity that devastated the country.

Aside from the World Trade conference on September 1, an advance conference would take place in the University Theatre of the University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman Campus on August 31, 2012 from 1to 5 p.m.
